Cindy our sales rep, was very responsive, informative and engaging. Equipment arrived in good shape No manuals, diagrams or set up instructions was annoying, but Cindy set us up with a support chat and Damon, was responsive and knowledgeable and helped us tremendously in setting up the machine. Equipment runs as it should though have not tried it at an event yet. One thing that isn't made clear in the product description is apparently it requires a larger sugar crystal.  We have a manual machine as well, and that uses regular sized sugar floss, about .05 mm grains and according to Damon, this machine requires sugar grains of 2-3mm Delivery：  Quality：  Service：
