BEWARE OF THEIR HORRIBLE AFTER-SALES SUPPORT SERVICE!!!
I purchased my 4th cotton candy machine from this company, working with Maxine as the sales manager. While Maxine is professional and attentive, the after-sales support from this company is absolutely terrible, which is why I’m leaving a 1-star review. After sale is the most critical part of the service when buying machines, and it is completely unreliable.
Their support leaves you hanging for over a day before responding, and when they do, their team lacks the knowledge to properly diagnose issues. They don’t take the time to explain solutions and expect you to already understand how the machine works. For example, during the busiest Christmas season, I faced an issue with one of their machines. It took them 4 days to identify the problem. To make matters worse, they sent me a part for the wrong machine.I strongly advise against buying from this company. Their after-sales support is a nightmare!
